25 of us enjoyed an attractive figure of 8 walk with fine views over the Burry Estuary and Llanrhidian Dunes to Worms Head. We circled Ryer’s Down before climbing to ‘The Bulwark’ (the largest and best preserved Ancient British fort on Gower), before crossing and descending Llanmadoc Hill and returning along its Northern Flank to the starting point. At least that what’s most of us did…some chose to make their alternative way back. Rounded off with a horse-rounding demonstration and a pint at the Britannia Inn.
