Canal Cycle Ride 2008

The annual trip from Pontardawe to the Swansea Marina and back. 7 intrepid explorers made it there and back. We didn't even get wet! A flat 22 miles taken were taken at a leisurely pace, mainly following Sustrans Route 43.
Starting Point --and finishing-- at the Bus Park adjacent to Cwmtawe School.

Some 8 brave souls trusted that the weather would hold good on a walk revised on the day to stay under the clouds. It turned out really nice on a new variety of the Cwm-Ddu Glen walk up over the golf course and down the hundred steps below Llanguicke Church.
